friendly service of international standard to guarantee a thoroughly enjoyable
and memorable boating and leisure experience.

Marina
Berth & Rates Brochure
Berth Rates at Anchorage Marina Port Stephens are structured for both long term
users and casual visitors. Long term or “permanent” berthing rates
are competitive and apply for periods of 6 months or more. Casual berthing rates
are attractive and fluctuate with seasons. All berth rates include power, water,
GST, car-parking and full use of the Resort facilities. To enquire about rates

Marina
Berth Bookings
Reservations for marina berths should be made in advance particularly
for the peak periods of Christmas, school holidays, Easter and the game fishing
season. Click Bookings for Marina Berths to send
us your requirements. Our Marina Confirmation of Booking Advice will then be
mailed to you for completion of any details and return to us with the required
payment or deposit.
Registration
on Arrival
Unless otherwise arranged, upon arrival at the Marina, Masters are requested
to berth at the Fuelling Dock and report to Marina Administration for registration
and berth assignment. For vessels expected to arrive outside of daily operating
hours, Masters should telephone or radio Anchorage Marina for registration and
vessel berthing instructions. For your guidance refer to Berth
Location Map.
Access
Keys
Upon registration and payment of a key deposit, Marina guests will be provided
with keys which will access Marina Amenities, resort spa and marina trolleys.
Wireless
Portable Broadband Internet/E-Mail Services
Our Marina has installed "AnyPort" Portable Broadband. It is now possible
at any time to access the Internet, to check your emails, to get a weather up-date
- all from the comfort of your Anchorage Marina Berth. All you need is a desktop,
lap-top or hand-held computer. We can hire or sell you a wireless network adapter
to link into our AnyPort Portable Broadband service.
Car
Park
Car parking which is available to all vessel owners is restricted to one vehicle
per vessel. In peak seasonal periods Marina Administration will issue owners
with car park passes.
Change
of Dates
Should you wish to amend arrival or departure dates we will endeavour to
accommodate your needs where possible although our ability to do so may be restricted
by other bookings committed.
Credit
Cards / Eftpos Facilities
Eftpos Facilities, Bankcard, MasterCard and Visa are accepted. If required, application can be made on registration
for you to be issued with credit facilities to enable fuel and other Marina
purchases to be charged to your account.
Fuel
Services
Anchorage Marina offers a 7 day fuel service from 8.00am to 5.00pm. The
Marina's convenient fuel pontoon provides diesel, unleaded fuels,
marine oils and additives, LP gas and pump-out facility.
Insurances
All vessels are required to be insured against loss or damage, theft and
third party property damage. The Marina also offers an insurance referral service
and would be pleased to discuss your needs with you.
Laundry,
Dry Cleaning
The Marina laundry, located in the Marina Amenities building, is equiped
with coin-operated washing and drying machines. Irons are available from Marina
Administration. A dry cleaning service is also available.
Restrooms
and Showers
Located in the Marina Amenities building these exclusive facilities are
provided to berth users free of charge. Please assist us to maintain them in a
clean and sanitary condition by reporting any defects or malfunctions.
Mooring
Lines
The Marina docks are fitted with mooring cleats. Mooring lines, ropes, etc.
are the responsibility of the berth user. These however can be fitted at the
owner’s expense. Please contact Marina Administration.
Repairs
Whilst Anchorage Marina does not offer haul-out nor hard-stand facilities,
we can arrange for repairs and maintenance service contactors to attend to vessel
needs. Simply discuss your requirements with Marina Administration. Outside
labour may only be employed on the Marina with management consent.
Rubbish
Waste receptacles are provided along the Boardwalk at the end of each gangway.
Larger waste receptacles are located in the vicinity of the Marina amenities
building. Marina guests are requested to dispose of larger quantities of waste
into the larger receptacles.
Secretarial
Mail, facsimile and telephone messages will be held at the Marina reception
desk for your collection. A secretarial service is available for you during
normal business hours.
Speed
Limit
The Marina harbour is a no-wash zone and a maximum speed of 4 knots applies
to all vessels.
Marina
Luggage Trolleys
For the convenience of guests, mobile trolley units are located near the
Marina flagstaff at the Resort Shop and at points along the Marina boardwalk.
