The Galley Kitchen offers sophisticated simplicity for breakfast lunch and dinner, in an alfresco setting with a view northwards over beautiful Port Stephens.
The Wild Herring specialises in locally sourced, sustainable seafood. Dine in coastal style overlooking the marina and select from our seasonal menu prepared by Executive Chef Michael Jenkins. Their signature restaurant is open Wednesday to Saturday evenings from 6pm.
Moby’s Bar
Nestled within the Hamtpons-chic haven that is The Anchorage Port Stephens, Moby’s is a celebration of where the land meets the sea. Home to a selection of the world’s finest whiskies, smartest cocktails and wonderful wines, Moby’s is where plush, rich velvets, deep soft leather, marble, mahoganies and the dark soothing colours of yesteryear combine with seaside charm.
Accommodation
The Anchorage Hotel offers guest rooms and suites with a view over the marina and Port Stephens, perfect for accommodating extended family or guests. Each room has an outdoor area and the buildings are landscaped with private and public spaces for your enjoyment. Hotel guests can relax by the pool, or rejuvenate at Spa Lucca. For large groups there is a barbecue area on the waterfront to take in the sunset with friends and family.
Everyone was extremely accommodating, especially the staff at The Anchorage Hotel and Marina … The rental accommodation was ideal … The MC38s will definitely be back next year
